Reporting to the Marketing Director SE the CRM Manager will be responsible for implementing cluster initiatives to boost the development of the CRM strategy in line with EMEA guidance. Responsible for all aspects of customer relationship marketing, including email, analysis and loyalty initiatives. Lead, facilitate, support cluster markets on CRM strategy implementation.
CRM & Loyalty/personalization projects
Coordinate with Region on CRM strategy, set local direction/ priorities
In line with EMEA guidance and developments, drive the implementation of the various tracks for personalization aimed at driving additional sales: Acquisition, Campaign Automation, Recommender, Social Crm, Instore activation, Loyalty
Plan tactical online and instore (when available) CRM/loyalty activities & campaigns.
Responsible for the email marketing calendar, aligning with Brand, Trade and Ecom Team.
Responsible for developing a robust email testing strategy across all aspects, including creative, copy, segmentation, product and messaging.
Leads the creative briefing of all email communications with the Brand Manager SE and the Graphics team.
Ongoing optimization of campaign templates, content and segmentation
Analysis & Reporting
Follow-up on CRM campaigns and activities with KPI performance reporting, compiling learnings and providing continuity between campaigns.
Provide weekly and monthly reporting on the status of the database (Sign-ups and data capturing) as well as on the results of each projects implemented, with a strong focus on data analytics.
Budget management
Responsible for dedicated budget to support the defined initiatives when local investments are needed
Communication flow and alignment
Strategic liaison with Region and Global
Gather input/feedback from markets and investigate local /cluster opportunities for campaign activities and automation
Daily- base collaboration and sharing with e-com, brand and trade marketing team in order to align the initiatives
Cascade, support and manage cluster markets
Broad Digital marketing and specific CRM experience
Good Knowledge of Adobe marketing cloud
Good Knowledge of Google Analytics
Mastery of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel).
Fluent in English
Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
Great passion for digital and data analytics.
Very organized and detail oriented.
Expected to meet tight deadlines, need to be cool under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate.

3 years previous experience in managing CRM strategy for retail brands

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
