HR Cost Controller

Role purpose:
We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of HR Cost Controller, to join our Corporate Cost Controlling Department.
The person will cooperate with HR Business Partners, actively contributing to estimate and analyze Personnel and HR function costs.
The HR Cost Controller will be in charge of maintaining the accuracy of Personnel costs for Corporate functions across the Group and HR function costs data, preparing timely and accurate monthly costs reports, investigating any discrepancy.
The new joiner will support Finance team in collecting and analyzing all accounting information necessary to finalize monthly closing process and official reporting.
The HR Cost Controller will prepare budgeting and reforecasting, analyzing gaps between forecast and actual, providing the internal stakeholders with cost information.
Key Responsibilities:
To perform cost analysis and verify any deviation from the budget/forecast and vs previous years;
To assist the HR Business Partners and HR budget owners monitoring and analyzing costs and data;
To prepare and manage systematic data collection, defining and designing the most effective tools for surveying data and actively contributing in establishing procedures to follow;
To evaluate simultaneously the efficiency of the processes and, if required, proposing corrective actions in order to continuously improve both company processes, as well as timeliness and accuracy of the data;
To support the HR team in estimating and monitoring HR function costs establishing and maintaining budget cost allocation;
To support the quarterly and annual consolidation process with the Finance Controlling function.
Skills and Experience:
Degree in Economics or Management Engineering;
3+ years of experience in a similar position in an established organization;
Outstanding analytical abilities, precision, a result-driven orientation and aptitude for problem solving;
Excellent knowledge of English;
Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
