HR Assistant - Internship

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first line support for HR and low risk employee relations queries, including notetaking and conducting face to face meetings with employees;
Prepare all employment-related letters for staff including role changes, annual salary increase , family-friendly changes, and leavers;
Update and maintain HR System and tools, employee database and personnel files;
. Support in monitoring the HR KPIs;
Support in managing the end to end maternity and paternity process;
Supporting the onboarding of our new employees;
Complete ad hoc duties and projects as required;
Follow all HR processes and assist in ensuring compliance with these across the team;
Ensure that the company values are intrinsic in every part of your role.
Skills & Experiences
Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian;
Strong communication skills;
Problem solving;
Reliability and attention to details;
Proactivity and flexibility in receiving and executing tasks;
Capability to work under pressure in a fast-pace and international environment;
Previous experience in HR Department will be considered as a strong plus;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (advanced knowledge of Excel is a strong plus).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
