Junior Buyer Online Flagship Stores

The candidate will work within the Online Flagship Stores Business Unit and will support the writing and development of sales reports for YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP and its business partners. He or she will be part of a growing team with the unique opportunity of making a decisive contribution to defining processes and roles.

Role purpose:
The successful candidate is fashion passionate and through analytical skills, commercial assessment, taste and personal sensibility has to implement the most effective buying strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Within the Buying and Merchandising OFS Department, identify the best product selection in order to maximize performance key figures of the assigned brands
Range planning and trend forecasting with direction of the Buying Manager, focusing on brands business drivers by categories
Given the open to buy, select products that optimize the online assortments, by a strong understanding of Brands strategies by market
Constantly monitor in-season sales performances, inventory and deliveries, to identify business opportunities while optimizing replenishment and maximizing sell-through
Perform benchmark analysis and study market trends in order to give strong buying input
Coordinating and working closely with the Buying team on all activities
Managing daily relationship with the brands
Building a strong relationship among all internal departments (i.e. Planning, Merchandising, Operations and Web Marketing)
+2 years of experience in a similar role;
Great passion for fashion and general product technical knowledge
Deep understanding of the fashion system, trends and needs
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Team player with the ability to work autonomously
Well-organized, methodical and efficient with the ability to self-motivate and drive initiative.
Fluent in English written and spoken. French is a plus
Excellent analytical skills;
Excellent knowledge Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
