Key responsibilities
The scope of the role willbe focused on selling Dell EMC solutions within Enterprise clients. You will be working with other Dell EMC functions including Sales Operations, Customer Care, Brand, Finance and Logistics to deliver a positive customer experience. You will:
Achieve targets by selling, up-selling and cross-selling our technology solutions using outbound calling, consultative and influencing selling techniques to create positive results for the company, our distributors and our customers
Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information and provide technical specifications, quotations and tenders
Work in collaboration with external account manager to ensure that proposed solutions and services match customers business and technology needs and exceed their expectations
Answer inbound emails and phone calls from internal and external customers
Create a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities with a clear business plan to deliver growth objectives
Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound calling and marketing activities to generate activity.
Essential requirements
Good understanding of Information Technology
Results-oriented team player
Proven inside sales experience with a track record of over-achieving quota
Strong communication skills with the ability to listen to customers, create a great telephone presence and deliver written communications
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Very high English level
Desirable Requirements
Some experience selling ICT solutions to Fortune Global 500 customers

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
