The EMEA Client Solutions team is looking for a performance marketing expert to take on the role of Merchandising Manager for Displays and Client Peripherals to cover WER South region- a role that will be key to driving profitable growth, shaping our offerings and influencing our stakeholders' perceptions and behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for driving Displays market share growth, revenue, margin & $/box through effective merchandising of Dell Displays and Client Peripherals portfolio. The scope of the role will have a specific focus on Distribution Channel (to & thru). Working as part of the Client Solutions team with strong links to regional merchandising teams you will thrive in the value added, insight-based and customer focused environment. The role will also work closely with the extended team's (including pricing, finance, sales, marketing, business intelligence and operations) to deliver strategies and tactics that are aligned to the Client Solutions priorities of increasing market share and driving profitable growth and profitability into Client Solutions. This is a high impact role with high visibility that requires a highly motivated candidate with strong communication and analytical skills.
Build a quarterly sell-in plan providing unit and product recommendation for stocking and drive execution of it with regional CS merchandisers and S&P sales leads
Proactive Disti Display & CP stock management - support regions, highlight issues and opportunities for growth (weekly reporting for top sellers/monthly for total)
Provide monthly input on Pricing and Finance based on pricing insights, trends, top sellers using market data sources as well as direct feedback
Drive promotional sell out activity through distribution aligned with Finance based on analytics and needs that are aligned to CS strategy to deliver market share growth and drive demand shaping activity with PLM, Supply& Demand, Pricing to achieve required business results
Act as trusted advisor for pricing insight and competitiveness in resellers, distribution as well as build relationships with Dell sales and distribution to gain insight and collaborate on activities to drive maximum impact (tactical and strategic)
Provide weekly updates on business performance, impact and ROI of merchandising promos where applicable (sell out/sell in)
Provide effective content support for Distributors including upsell tools/guidance, top sellers
Essential Requirements:
5 years+ experience in sales or marketing essential
Knowledge of the IT industry, distribution channel, new technologies and customer needs
Strong ability to motivate and achieve results through others and drive for results, organizational agility and coordination skills
Strong skills in both financial and market analysis as well as project management and merchandising skills required
Experience in developing, launching and leading a high performing portfolio and subject matter expertise in product marketing, demand generation, campaign management
Ability to deal with complexity, change in market conditions and tight deadlines along with the ability thrive in fast pace, results oriented environment
Languages: English, Italian or Spanish (Excellent verbal and written English communication skills necessary)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
