The Recruiting team is now seeking a talented Recruitment Partner to join the team based in our offices in Milan. You will be responsible for providing a proactive and strategic end to end recruitment service to our Operational and Corporate teams. You will build relationships within the local communities to establish a pipeline of talent and affirm our presence in the region as a preferred employer. This is a fast-paced role that requires an individual with strong commercial focus and administration skills that are second to none.
You Will:
You'll take full lifecycle ownership for bringing in high quality talent into the organization
You'll create an unforgettably positive candidate and customer experience
Work closely with Recruitment Leaders and Business Partners to plan for future hires effectively
Organize and schedule assessment days and related activities, cultivating relationships with colleges, schools, social and civic groups
Passively engage with talent in the short and long term building well managed productive talent pipelines
Be a protector and advocate for The YOOX NET-A-PORTER Group brand and actively promote the employee value proposition in an extremely competitive ecommerce market
Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with the leaders within the business, gaining a deep appreciation for the level of service they receive from Recruitment. Proactively infer trends and value added opportunities to improve the recruitment service
Work closely with the Business Partners and strive to deliver the best service to your Hiring Managers
Communication is critical to your success as a Recruiter, you'll need to actively set clear and realistic expectations with your stakeholders throughout the process
Interviewing & Selection:
As a critical decision maker in the interview process and the hiring of talent, your role is to ensure we continue to hire only the best people
Work to the Recruitment team's guidelines and contribute to the interview process by conducting robust behavioural/competency and values based interviewing.
You Have:
Fluency in Italian and English
Experience of high volume quality recruitment gained in either a retail head-office, distribution, or agency environment preferably across a number of diverse specialisms
You will possess knowledge in multiple areas of Recruitment methodology (Direct attraction of high quality candidates, Interview and assessment design, passive hiring, service oriented etc)
Good project management skills. You will have proven experience of initiating and executing policies and procedures
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail. The ability to prioritize workload and manage competing demands and a good dose of common sense
Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the HR and recruitment service to the business
You need to be a team player, who actively works to deliver as a team and meet challenges as a team

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
